20 Million Euros Invested to Changhong Czech Factory

Recently, Changhong andNymburk City signed a memorandum. According to the memorandum, Changhong willinvest 20 million euros to Czech factory to build new refrigerators, washingmachines and other home appliances production lines. It will be the largestmanufacturing investment project to Chinese enterprises in the Czech Republic.And it also will be the home appliance production base to the Europe.

  

In 2007, Changhong set up afactory and put into production in Czech. Relying on the localized productionand management, Changhong total export achieved 800 million dollars last year,of which Europe accounted for 1/3 of the total overseas revenue.

Changhong internationalstrategy continues to expand. Changhong Czech factory expects to achieve salesof 90 million euros this year, to achieve 100% growth. In addition, Changhongwill continue to increase investment in Europe and plan to bring the full setof intelligent home appliances into Europe.

Changhong next plan is tobuild the R & D center in Europe.
